What this covers

These terms cover this website. They do not cover any work we do for you. If you become a client, a separate written agreement governs that, and where the two disagree, that agreement wins.

What is on the site

Descriptions of what we do, and general information about owning property in northern Minnesota. It is written to be useful, not to be relied on as advice about your specific place. Lease rates, cost figures and timelines on this site are ranges and examples. Your property will be different.

We are not attorneys, accountants or tax advisors, and nothing here is legal, tax or investment advice.

The sample hub

The demo is a working illustration built on invented records for an invented family. The property, the figures, the documents and the history are all fabricated for the purpose of showing how the product works. They are not any real family's information and they are not a case study.

Ours and yours

The words, the design, the mark and the illustrations on this site are ours. Anything you send us stays yours, and we use it only to answer you.

Availability

We do not promise the site is always up or always current, and we may change it. Material changes to these terms will be dated at the top of this page.
